SMS & call messaging terms
The terms of the ArtificialWatch text-message and automated-call program. By entering your mobile number in the arming panel and checking the consent box shown there, you agree to these terms.
Program
ArtificialWatch Alerts, operated by Mark Studios LLC. Website: artificialwatch.com. ArtificialWatch is an independent monitor and is not affiliated with any AI lab.
What messages you’ll receive
If you opt in, ArtificialWatch sends you: (1) a one-time verification code confirming the mobile number you provided, and (2) a launch alert — a text and/or an automated phone call — when a model on your watch list goes live and answers a real request. That is the whole program. We never text or call you about news, rumors, prices, benchmarks, or anything else: those go by email only.
How to opt in
ArtificialWatch texts or calls a number only when both of these are true: you are on a paid plan and have affirmatively checked the consent box in the arming panel on your preferences page, and you have confirmed the number by entering the one-time code we text you. Until both are done, nothing texts or rings you.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. Nothing is collected at checkout — we never ask for a phone number to take your money. You can pay, never arm a number, and keep the email alerts you bought.
This is the exact control, unchecked by default, as it appears in the arming panel:
Message frequency
Frequency varies and is low: one verification code, then one alert per launch on your watch list — historically a few per month. This is recurring messaging.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. ArtificialWatchdoes not charge for the messages themselves; your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.
Opt out & help
Reply STOP to any message to stop texts and calls immediately — you get one confirmation and nothing after it. Reply HELP for help, or email contact@fablewatch.com. You can also switch the loud channels off yourself in the arming panel on your preferences page. Either way your email alerts keep working: stopping texts is not the same as unsubscribing.
Quiet hours
Paid plans include a quiet-hours window in which a launch call is downgraded to a text, so a 3am drop still reaches you without waking the house.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
