No, Anthropic's IPO is not cancelled: no withdrawal on file with the SEC, and the Nov 2 amended S-1 is still its latest filing

A post on X reading "Anthropic IPO CANCELLED" has passed 800,000 views since 04:22 UTC on November 4. Nothing on the public record backs it. As of 13:30 UTC, Anthropic, PBC's filing list on SEC EDGAR shows no request to withdraw its registration, and its latest filing is still the amended S-1 it filed on November 2.

WHAT THE SEC RECORD SHOWS

- Anthropic, PBC (CIK 0002130357) has eight filings on EDGAR: the confidential draft of June 1, five amended drafts from July to October, the public S-1 of October 26 and the S-1/A accepted at 14:24 UTC on November 2. - None of them is a Form RW, the request a company files to withdraw a registration statement when it drops an offering. - The November 2 amendment added third-quarter results (about $17 billion of revenue, up 47% from the second quarter). Its cover page still leaves the share count and the price range blank: "between $ and $".
